By accessing or purchasing from Voltage and Bloom LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our website or purchasing our products.

1. General

Voltage and Bloom LLC reserves the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Products & Services

We offer handmade and custom-designed goods, including but not limited to apparel, hats, patches, and accessories. Due to the nature of handmade and custom products, slight variations in color, texture, or placement may occur and are not considered defects.

3. Custom & Personalized Orders

All custom or personalized orders are final sale and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged once production has begun. By placing a custom order, you confirm that all provided details (spelling, sizing, design approval) are correct.

Voltage and Bloom LLC is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed or shipped.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors or suspected fraud.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Processing times vary and will be communicated at the time of purchase. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Voltage and Bloom LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order is shipped, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Non-custom items may be eligible for return or exchange within 3 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Custom and personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, images, and content created by Voltage and Bloom LLC are our intellectual property and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

8. Third-Party Logos & Licensing

Customers requesting products featuring third-party logos or trademarks confirm they have permission or rights to use those designs. Voltage and Bloom LLC is not liable for trademark or copyright violations requested by customers.

9. Limitation of Liability

Voltage and Bloom LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Voltage and Bloom LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms and Conditions or misuse of our products.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of law principles.
