A 1923 article published in the Dodge County Citizen describes a baseball game with Fons’ Billiard’s team. Other articles on Fon’s Billiards are about a bowling team but all say the location is Milwaukee.

Period age frame. Note, no glass in the frame, just plexiglass

Frame has a few scratches and nicks, measures approx. 15.5″ x 13.5″.
