I would presume late 1930s to early 1904s based on the hair style

Framed in a wood frame with plexiglass.

Measures 23.5″ x 13.5″

Sign itself is approx. 21″ x 11″

Few condition issues…some wear to the grahics near her shawl, also wear to the graphics between the “es” in Chesterfield.

Hole in the “t” in “Better”, hole below the “h” in “Worth”, and nail hole to the left of the “C” in Chesterfield.
